Mission

Our Mission

Veterans Count, a program of Easterseals NH, provides critical and timely clinical and social services and financial assistance to service members, veterans, and their families to ensure their dignity, physical and mental health, and overall well-being. We developed a one-of-a-kind care coordination and clinical services program that provides confidential support designed to meet their unique needs.
