- $1,750 average rent or security deposit
- $1,500 provides food for a family of four for two months
- $1,000 will cover the average car repair
- $500 will cover the purchase of a bed for a new apartment
- $400 will cover a monthly heating bill
- $250 will pay for an overnight stay in a hotel for a homeless veteran while waiting for housing
- $150 will pay for a monthly electric bill for a single-person unit
- $75 will cover a prepaid cell phone gift card
- $50 will cover one Uber gift card for transportation to appointments or services
