Donor Spotlight: David Kingston of Kingston's Karts

We are proud to recognize David Kingston, owner of Kingston’s Karts, as a generous new donor to Veterans Count. Since the summer of 2024, David has been donating a portion of his monthly sales to support veterans across New Hampshire and Vermont. His commitment is deeply personal—his father served in the Army during World War II, and his son was an Apache helicopter pilot in Afghanistan.

Through his business, David interacts with many Veterans, and he understands firsthand their challenges. When considering how to give back, he asked himself where the help was most urgently needed—and who would benefit most. Veterans Count stood out to him, particularly because of its strong focus on mental health services, an area he believes is vital for the well-being and reintegration of those who have served.

A proud native of Montpelier, Vermont, David was once a high school state championship-winning goalie—his dedication and drive clearly extend beyond the rink and the office, and into his community. We’re honored to have him on our team and thankful for his support.
